Description / Scope of Work
The Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of horticulture items including seeds, plants, pots, insecticides, weedicides, nursery items, machinery parts and tools under reference P118495 for the financial year 2026-27. This e-procurement initiative is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) and covers eligible goods and services required for the university's horticultural operations and maintenance of campus green spaces in the Federal Capital Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under a Single Stage-One Envelope method in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
