Procurement of Heat Treatment Lubricants by Pakistan Aeronautical Complex

Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Aeronautical Complex or have documented correspondence with the registration section if seeking new registration status. Suppliers are required to provide copies of their National Tax Number (NTN), Active Taxpayer List (ATL) certificate, and Sales Tax Registration Number (STRN) alongside a formal request on company letterhead signed by an authorised signatory. A Non-Disclosure Agreement must be executed on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 denomination. Past performance of bidding firms will be considered as an evaluation criterion. Only firms to whom tender documents are officially issued by the Directorate of Central Procurement are permitted to participate; unauthorised participation will result in rejection and disciplinary action.

Soft copies may be forwarded electronically for initial document obtaining, followed by submission of signed hard copies via registered mail or in person. Sealed tenders must be submitted before 1030 hours on 01 October 2026. Firms are strictly prohibited from transferring tender documents or contract-related information to other firms or third parties, and must maintain cyber security protocols to safeguard all confidential materials from electronic, print or social media disclosure.
