Description / Scope of Work
SBP Banking Services Corporation (BSC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of cash consumables at its Faisalabad facility. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and is being conducted under reference P119209. This national-level procurement of goods will be executed at the SBP BSC location on M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad City, Punjab Province, using a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form specified in the bidding documents or by a bid securing declaration as detailed in the tender documentation. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested vendors must register on EPADS v2.0 before bid submission.
