Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of SMART Android LEDs for the IT Department at its Sahiwal Campus in Punjab province. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 with reserved funds available for eligible payments under this contract. This is a goods procurement conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines.
All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the bid data sheet section or by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders should review all detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements contained in the complete e-bidding documents available on the ePADS portal.
Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the e-bidding document instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
