For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a pre-qualification tender for recurring repair and maintenance services across multiple asset categories—machinery, furniture, IT equipment, and vehicles—for a federal government entity.
The scope suggests framework-based contracts likely to extend beyond the stated 2026-27 financial year. Notably, the tender uses E-PADS 2.0 mandatory submission, indicating digitalization and competitive pressure. The 3 percent bid security is standard but modest, suggesting service-provider-level engagement rather than capital-intensive work. Bidders should expect technical evaluation of capacity, previous experience, and registered status.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state PEC category or corporate structure requirements. However, bidders typically require National Tax Number (NTN) registration, SECP registration if incorporated, and relevant professional registration as a registered workshop or authorized dealer. For vehicle maintenance, relevant certifications may be required. No restriction on firm size is stated.
