Description / Scope of Work
PIA Holding Company Limited (PIAHCL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops and printers as part of its planned procurement for fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope approach with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The project is located in Islamabad at the PIAHCL office situated at 4th Floor, PIA Building, 49-AKM Fazal-e-Haq Road, Blue Area. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents or by a Bid Securing Declaration in the prescribed format. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Unregistered vendors can register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with guidance available through the registration tutorial.
Electronic bids prepared according to the bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 03:00 PM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
