Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for the procurement of a 15KVA inverter with lithium ion batteries, phase corrector, and complete installation services at its Lahore campus located on Defence Road, Lahore, Punjab. This is a goods and services procurement with reserved funds allocated under FY 2026-27 budget. The procurement will be conducted through e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
