Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, Federal Territory, invites sealed bids for the procurement of printing services for a special edition of The NUMLIAN Annual Magazine for 2025-2026. This is a goods procurement under FY 2026-27 budget allocation, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope format with Least Cost Based Selection technique. The procuring agency has reserved funds to cover eligible payments under this contract, with the project reference P114580.
Eligible bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. The bidding documents contain detailed terms, conditions, specifications and technical requirements for the printing and delivery of the magazine. Bidders are expected to comply with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and relevant regulatory guidelines issued by the procurement authority.
