Description / Scope of Work
The Printing & Stationery Department, Azad Government of Jammu & Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms and companies for the supply of printing materials, papers, board and card, coated plates, inks and related consumables on an FOB basis at the department's premises in Muzaffarabad for the financial year 2026-27 under AJ&K PPRA rules. The procurement is for approved budget items required for ongoing departmental operations. Interested bidders may obtain complete bid documents containing detailed specifications, items lists and instructions by submitting a written application with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000 at the Admin Officer's office, Bank Road near Neelum Bridge, Muzaffarabad, AJ&K.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the Income Tax department and Registrar of Companies or Firms in AJ&K, endorsed with GST registration, and listed as active taxpayers. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must furnish a certificate confirming they are neither blacklisted nor in conflict with Government anywhere in AJ&K, Federal Administrative Areas or Pakistan. A Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 2 million must accompany the Technical Bid as bid security. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of bid opening.
Bid documents must be prepared in two separate sealed envelopes marked 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' and delivered to the Manager/Admin Officer before 11:00 am on 06 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified firms will be opened on a notified date.
