Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites competitive bids for hiring a retainer doctor to provide outpatient clinic services in the Badin Hyderabad region of Sindh province. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under reference P71593, with funds reserved for fiscal year 2026-27. The engagement covers medical consultation and OPD clinic operations at the specified location, with the contract award based on least cost selection methodology in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform to participate in this procurement.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 may submit proposals through the electronic platform. The procurement will follow a single stage one envelope procedure with open competitive bidding, ensuring transparent and fair evaluation of all submissions in line with regulatory requirements and procurement authority instructions.
