Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) is procuring non-consultancy services for the deployment of retainer doctors to operate outpatient department clinics in remote locations of Mirpur Khas in Sindh province. The procurement is referenced as P71584 and funded under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation. This is a single-stage, one-envelope open competitive bidding process using least cost-based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 to participate.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. All bids must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, and service specifications outlined in the bidding document.
