Description / Scope of Work
SSGC (Procurement Department) is hiring a retainer doctor to provide outpatient clinic services in Mehrabpur, Sindh for the financial year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services procurement using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection technique, conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The contract covers provision of medical services at the OPD clinic located in Mehrabpur. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 and must include a Bid Security in the form of a bid securing declaration on the prescribed format.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the bidding documents. Bid documents are available online at the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/105697. Bidders must include all required documentation with their submissions and satisfy the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria specified in the tender document.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
