Description / Scope of Work
The Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for civil works comprising removal of mud, sludge and silt, and construction of a G.I shed at the thin oil floor of Jinnah Hydel Power Station located in Kalabagh, Tehsil Isakhel, District Mianwali, Punjab. The project is funded under FY 2026-27 reserved funds and is being procured through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Reference number P119929 identifies this procurement advertised under the notice PRD(L)/WAPDA/075(2026-27).
Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 and are required to submit sealed electronic bids accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft as specified in the bidding documents. Alternatively, where bid security is not mandated by the procuring agency, bidders must furnish a bid security declaration. The procurement will be evaluated using Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in line with applicable public procurement regulations and authority directives.

Bidders must submit electronic bids through ePADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 08, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:30 AM.
