WWF Pakistan invites proposals from qualified consultant firms or individuals to develop standardized pre-qualification assessment tools and reference guidance for regenerative agriculture financing across Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan. The consultancy, referenced as 282/RPLC/26-27, covers development of farmer identification pre-qualification scorecards, vendor identification pre-qualification scorecards, and a comprehensive guidebook for financial institutions operating in Pakistan. This assignment is part of the Regenerative Production Landscape Collaborative Pakistan (RPLC-Pakistan) initiative funded by the Laudes Foundation, and aims to equip banks, Islamic banks, and microfinance institutions with practical risk-informed tools to identify suitable farmers, credible vendors, and viable financing pathways for regenerative agriculture producers.
The scope of work includes conducting inception meetings and literature reviews on regenerative agriculture and green finance, designing practical pre-qualification scorecards with defined scoring criteria and interpretation guidance, developing a guidebook covering business rationale and financing models for regenerative agriculture, and conducting structured consultative workshops with financial-sector stakeholders to validate all tools. The assignment spans from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 and is open to both firm and individual consultants. Eligible consultants should demonstrate expertise in agricultural finance, regenerative agriculture practices, and stakeholder consultation methodologies.
