Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board invites sealed tenders for the supply of wrapping material for silage under e-tender notice PLDDB/September-15/2026. The procurement covers three lots: imported wrapping film for big bales (01 ton) in 180 rolls at an estimated cost of 6.6 million rupees, local wrapping film for small bales (80kg) in 875 rolls valued at 8 million rupees, and imported inner net for big bales (01 ton) in 25 rolls estimated at 1.5 million rupees. The total project value is 16.1 million rupees. This procurement is managed by PLDDB, a non-profit organisation established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984, with offices located at 18-KM Shahpur Kanjran, Multan Road, Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System (PPRA) to participate. All intending contractors and firms are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated amount for each lot in favour of Punjab Livestock & Dairy Development Board. Bidding shall be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The bidding documents containing all terms, conditions, requirements and technical specifications are available free of cost at the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 25(1).
Bidders must submit their bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System up to 11:00 am on September 30, 2026, and bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day. The bidding documents are immediately available online. PLDDB reserves the right to accept or reject all tenders prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules 2014.
