For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
CDA seeks an experienced operator-maintainer for the Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club at F-9, Islamabad—a heritage facility requiring specialized operational capability.
The contract involves operations, maintenance and eventual transfer of the facility. Bid security of Rs. 2 million signals medium-scale engagement. The tight timeline (RFP available mid-September, bids due early October 2026) requires immediate mobilization of qualification documents. This appears to be a one-off concession-type arrangement rather than recurring services, demanding demonstrated track record in heritage or hospitality facility management.
Who can bid: Bidders must be well-reputed, registered firms capable of meeting qualifications specified in the RFP. Typically, firms seeking such operational contracts require valid business registration, NTN with FBR, relevant experience in facility management, and financial capacity evidenced by bank statements. No specific PEC or professional license category is mentioned in the notice, but heritage-site operations typically mandate demonstrated experience in cultural facility management.
