Description / Scope of Work
The District Administration Muzaffargarh invites sealed bids from registered suppliers and service providers for the supply of goods and services during the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses ten separate lots with a total estimated value of Rs 33.1 million, covering stationery items, computer stationery, miscellaneous stores, uniforms, printing and panaflexes, furniture and fixtures, machinery and equipment, hardware and IT equipment, transport items, and repair services for furniture, IT equipment, and machinery. The detailed scope and quantities for each lot are specified in the complete tender documents. This comprehensive procurement is being conducted by the Deputy Commissioner office in Muzaffargarh, Punjab, to meet operational needs across multiple departments and functions.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, and must be registered on the E-Procurement portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk to be eligible for participation. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage Two Envelope format as per PPR-14 Rule 38(2)(a). Each lot requires submission of bid security at 5 percent of the estimated price as outlined in the tender schedule. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee at 5 percent in the name of Deputy Commissioner Muzaffargarh, submitted as CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order through the e-procurement system in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.

E-bids must be submitted online by 11:00 AM on 16 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidders are strongly advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. Late submissions will be rejected. All government taxes and duties will be deducted as per applicable rules, and NTN and sales tax registration certificates must be provided.
