Description / Scope of Work
The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites bids for the procurement of Alcatel EPABX system support and maintenance services for a duration of one year at the NICL Building in Karachi, Sindh. This is a non-consultancy service procurement with reference P125137, for which funds have been reserved under the FY 2026-27 budget. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under Open Competitive Bidding with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of either Bid Security Not Applicable or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. The procurement follows standard government procedures and regulations as issued by the relevant procurement authority from time to time. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive technical and financial proposals meeting the specified service requirements and scope of work.
E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/125137. All e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Prospective bidders not yet registered on EPADS should complete registration before the deadline.
