The Children's Hospital & The University of Child Health Sciences in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders via EPADS for the operational and annual maintenance services of various hospital systems and infrastructure. The comprehensive scope includes maintenance of the HVAC system for the Inpatient Block, repair and polishing of floor machines, servicing the Emergency Operation Theater HVAC, and a framework contract for wooden and steel furniture repair. Additionally, the tender covers parts installation for split AC units and annual maintenance for six power generators with an estimated total cost exceeding 34 million PKR. Registered contractors must follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure and submit technical and financial proposals through the Punjab e-procurement portal. Interested bidders meeting the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 requirements must submit their electronic proposals by the closing date of 22 May 2026."
