Description / Scope of Work
The Civil Works Department of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the repair and maintenance of KPT Flat No GK-90 located at KV-05, Building China Creek Keamari in Karachi, Sindh. This is a civil works procurement under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation for KPT. The project scope encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance services at the specified location. Bidding will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulatory guidelines issued by the Authority from time to time.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amount as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding document, or by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding terms and conditions. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/123196 for all interested and registered bidders.
E-bids prepared in accordance with instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM using EPADS v2.0 and manual submission. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
