Description / Scope of Work
The IESCo Civil Division (Islamabad Electric Supply Company) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the procurement of civil works covering Lots 83 to 92 under reference NCB.08 P124870 for the financial year 2026-27. The works are being procured using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. E-bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/124870. All interested bidders must register themselves on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer of IESCo Civil Division located at Street 63 G-8/1, Islamabad Capital Territory.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified. Bidders must meet the eligibility criteria and evaluation criteria as outlined in the standard bidding document. The bidding process follows transparent procurement procedures with detailed work specifications and market rates provided in the documentation.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
