The Civil Works Department of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the maintenance and repair of KPT Flat No. EK-108 located near the Football Ground in Keamari, Karachi, Sindh. The procurement is for works under a reserved fund allocation for fiscal year 2026-27. The contract will be executed under the Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, technical specifications and all project requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) platform.
All eligible bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents, either in monetary form or as a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained; all submissions must be made through the ePADS v2.0 electronic platform. E-bids prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM using the ePADS v2.0 system.
