Description / Scope of Work
The Department of Elementary & Secondary Education, Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir invites bids from authorized dealers and partners registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the procurement of one photocopier unit under Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure in accordance with AJ&K Public Procurement Rules, 2017. The tender is issued by the Senior Chief Planning Cell located at Block L, District Complex, Muzaffarabad, AJ&K. This is a single-item procurement with a bid security requirement of PKR 100,000. Interested firms must provide rates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis for Muzaffarabad, including all applicable taxes, transportation, installation costs at the institute level, and associated delivery charges. Blacklisted firms, companies, suppliers, distributors, contractors, and bidders are prohibited from participating.
Tender documents are available from the office of the Senior Chief Planning Cell at Block L, District Complex, Muzaffarabad from 08:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday upon submission of a written application on original firm/company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bids must be submitted to the Senior Chief Planning Cell, Elementary & Secondary Education Department, Block L, District Complex, Muzaffarabad AJ&K by hand or registered courier service before 11:00 am on 13 October 2026.
