Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Women Protection Authority (PWPA), Lahore, invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT Equipment & Furniture, Fixtures and Plant & Machinery through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. The tender comprises three lots: Lot 1 includes computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, displays, projectors, video conferencing and related IT equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 22,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 440,000; Lot 2 covers office furniture, desks, tables, chairs, reception and meeting furniture with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,500,000 and bid security of Rs. 190,000; and Lot 3 encompasses generators, solar systems, air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, water coolers and dispensers with an estimated cost of Rs. 10,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 290,000. The total estimated tender value is Rs. 41.5 million for the provision of equipment and fixtures to support PWPA operations in Punjab.
Authorised Dealers, Firms and Suppliers must be registered with E-PAD (New System) as per PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and must hold relevant Registration Certificates, Tax Certificates and other approvals from appropriate authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bids must be duly approved and the bidding firms must not be blacklisted by PPRA. The original Bid Security of 2% of the estimated tender price (Rs. 41.5 million) shall be submitted through the E-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) before tender opening. A scanned copy of the Bid Security shall also be uploaded on the E-Procurement System.
Interested companies and firms may submit their bids by 5th October 2026 (Monday) until 11:00 AM through the E-PROCUREMENTS (E-Procurement System) portal. Technical and Financial Proposals shall be uploaded separately as per prescribed details in the bidding documents. Bids will be downloaded and evaluated by the Procurement Committee of PWPA on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of representatives of participating companies.
