Description / Scope of Work
Bacha Khan University Charsadda invites sealed bids for the procurement of customized desktop computer systems including installation, commissioning, configuration and test operation under the National Research Programme for Universities (NRPU) project funded by Higher Education Commission (HEC). This tender is issued under a single stage two envelope bidding procedure and is open to well-reputed manufacturers, authorized dealers, firms, distributors and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed as active tax payers. The project reference number is 20-172854-88/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2026 with Principal Investigator Dr. Wilayat Khan.
Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and maintain active status on the FBR tax payer list. A bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) in favor of the Treasurer, Bacha Khan University Charsadda. The original CDR shall be enclosed with the Financial Proposal while an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming CDR attachment must accompany the Technical Proposal, with a scanned copy also uploaded to the KPPRA EPAD system.
Bidding documents including all terms and conditions are available for download from www.bkuc.edu.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk, and the EPAD System. Bids must be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System, with one hard copy each of Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes submitted to the office of the Treasurer BKUC before the deadline of 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM.
