Description / Scope of Work
The Burala Division LCC East in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders for critical infrastructure and maintenance works across multiple sites including Toba Tek Singh. This procurement encompasses three distinct lots: the recouping of store stock in the Kamala Flood Bund Sub Division and the restoration of damaged stone and side slopes at the Hockey Spur and Jetead Spur of the Kamala Flood Bund. The total estimated value for these projects exceeds 71 million Rupees. All participating contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the 2025-2026 financial year in the relevant category and discipline, as well as the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit their proposals via the EPADS system no later than 1:30 PM on 05 May 2026. A bid security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. The successful bidders will be expected to mobilize at the work sites within seven days of the issuance of the acceptance letter to ensure timely completion of these flood protection measures."
