The Assistant Director LG&RDD Office (HQ) District Kolai Pallas in Kolai Pallas, KPK invites sealed tenders for multiple infrastructure development works based on MRS-2025 First Bi-Annual rates. The procurement scope includes the construction of various water mill channels and the provision of HDPE pipe water supply schemes across multiple locations including Shelkhanabad, Bar Banda, Sharakot, and Peach Bela. This tender follows a single stage single envelope procedure through the EPADS system. Eligible government contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and enlisted with the C&W Department as per the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Furthermore, participants must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Bidders are required to submit a 2 percent bid security of the estimated cost, while additional securities apply for bids quoted more than 10 percent below the engineer estimate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal no later than 2:00 PM on 12 May 2026."
