IESCO Head Quarters, Islamabad invites e-bids for the disposal of vehicles under Tender No. 85. This is a vehicle disposal tender conducted on an as-is-where-is basis, allowing interested bidders to submit sealed bids for various vehicles held by the company. The tender is open to eligible bidders across Federal territory and represents an opportunity for businesses to acquire used vehicles from IESCO's fleet through a transparent e-bidding process regulated under PPRA Disposal Regulations 2026.
Eligible bidders must submit earnest money or bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee valid for 120 days, issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan with a rating of A+ or above, in favour of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO. The earnest money shall be refunded only after issuance of the Release Order. Bidders must not be blacklisted by NGC, WAPDA, DISCOs, GENCOs or any government department or organization. Each page of the undertaking must be signed and stamped by the bidder, and the firm must certify compliance with all terms and conditions of the disposal process.
Bid documents are available from the Material Management Directorate at IESCO Head Quarters, Islamabad. Full payment must be made unconditionally within 10 working days from the date of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance, failing which earnest money will be forfeited. Upon payment and issuance of the Release Order, successful bidders must remove the vehicle from the site within 15 working days, or rental charges at 1% per day of the disposed vehicle's total value will be levied. The quoted price is exclusive of government taxes; 18% GST and 10% Income Tax or any other applicable taxes shall be added.
