Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways, Peshawar Division invites sealed e-bids from government-registered contractors and firms for the collection of toll tax on Kalabagh Rail-Cum-Road Bridge No. 03 on the Mari Indus-Bannu Section in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The contract is for a period of one year with predetermined toll rates: Auto Rickshaws at Rs. 10 per crossing, Cars and Pick-Ups (Passenger) at Rs. 30 per crossing, and Mini Buses, Wagons (Hi-Ace) and Pick-Ups (Commercial) at Rs. 50 per crossing. This is a revenue collection service critical to bridge infrastructure maintenance and operations.
Eligible bidders must be government-registered contractors or firms with prior experience in tax collection and up-to-date renewal of their registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or the concerned department. A bid security of Rs. 430,000 in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) is required, payable to the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar. The original bid security must be submitted at the Works Accounts Branch office along with all necessary supporting documents. The firm or agency name on the CDR is mandatory.
Tender documents are available from https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit price bids exclusively through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) by 11:00 hours on 06 October 2026. Price bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 hours in the chamber of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Peshawar, in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.
