Description / Scope of Work
LESCO Material Management invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of toner cartridges for Canon IR Advance 8595 III printers under Tender No. 4443, reference P106360. The procurement is planned for financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the ePADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding method with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement office is located at LESCO Head Quarter, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore City, Punjab Province. Bidders must submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, October 6, 2026 at 10:30 AM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or alternatively a Bid Securing Declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 to participate.
