Heavy Industries Taxila seeks aluminum ladder supply on FOR basis through a two-envelope tender with October 2026 closing.
This appears a straightforward industrial supplies procurement with moderate complexity—technical compliance (material, dimensions, finish standards) will drive evaluation. Bidders face a compressed submission window and must navigate dual-envelope submission and warranty bond requirements. Scale suggests mid-range commercial order rather than bulk strategic purchase.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered suppliers with relevant experience. Requirements typically include valid NTN/SECP registration, business license, proof of similar prior supplies, and compliance with non-disclosure and integrity pact undertakings. Bid security and performance guarantee documentation are mandatory.
