Description / Scope of Work
The Jinnah Hydel Power Station WAPDA invites e-bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and integration of an Industrial Communication Gateway System for signal interfacing at Jinnah Hydel Power Station in Kalabagh, Tehsil Isakhel, District Mianwali, Punjab. The procurement is planned for FY 2026-27 with funds reserved for eligible payments under this contract. The work encompasses a complete turnkey supply and installation package on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis with a contract completion period of three months. This is a goods procurement conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
All bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security amounting to Rs 750,000 in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call at deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft. Where bid security is not required by the procuring agency, bidders must furnish a bid security declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids prepared according to instructions in the e-bidding documents must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM using ePADS v2.0. Manual submission of bids shall not be entertained. The procurement employs a Single Stage-One Envelope format with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
