Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Power Development Authority through its Chief Engineer (Operations & Maintenance) at T4 Hydel Power Station, Tarbela, invites electronic bids for the procurement of spares required for T-4 Colony at the Civil and Electrical & Mechanical Division for the financial year 2025-26 on a Delivery, Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The contract period for performance is 120 days. Original manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and enrolled on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue are eligible to participate in this procurement exercise. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, evaluation criteria, bid validity provisions, clarification and rejection procedures, and performance guarantee requirements are available to registered bidders on the EPADS 2.0 portal. Bidders must submit their electronic bids through EPADS on or before 8 October 2026 at 11:00 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders and their representatives at the Officer's Club, River View Colony, Tarbela, following a Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Each bidder is required to furnish a bid security of PKR 58,000 in original form as a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Chief Engineer (O&M), T4 Extension Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Tarbela, which must reach the office on or before the bid closing date and time.
