Description / Scope of Work
The Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (USCP), under the Ministry of Industries and Production, is conducting an e-auction of various furniture and fixed assets including ceiling fans, wooden cash counters, revolving chairs, tables, chairs, and air coolers on an as-is-where-is basis. The auction is being conducted through EPADS 2.0 platform (Reference D10873) and covers assets located at two regional sites: Abbottabad at Gari Pana (Bumlial) Thandiani Road, Nawasher, and Mansehra at Khaki Road near Mall Mandi. The auction scope encompasses multiple furniture items and fixed assets, with quantities and detailed specifications available on the EPADS 2.0 portal. This is a scrap auction and furniture tender of moderate scale involving disposal of organizational assets across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligibility is open to all Pakistani citizens holding a Computerized National Identity Card issued by NADRA, possessing an NTN (National Tax Number), and maintaining active GST registration. Applicants must not be defaulters of any Government Department or serving government employees. Corporate entities may participate through authorized representatives. Every participant must submit a Demand Draft or Pay Order as earnest money security deposit as per their bid value before 4:30 PM on October 5, 2026, in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd along with their CNIC. Additionally, bidders must submit bids on prescribed forms accompanied by a Rs.100 stamp paper certificate declaring they are neither government employees nor government department defaulters.
The open auction bidding will be available on EPADS 2.0 from September 19, 2026, to 11:00 AM on October 6, 2026. The disposal committee will open and evaluate all bids at 11:30 AM on October 6, 2026, awarding items to the highest price offered bidders against reserve prices. All quoted prices must be inclusive of taxes, duties, levies, and charges including sales tax and FED. Payment for items will be calculated based on actual quantities at the time of lifting, as EPADS quantities are estimates only. Winners are responsible for collection and lifting of all items from designated locations according to the schedule provided on EPADS 2.0.
