Description / Scope of Work
Daanish University Trust, Islamabad, invites bids for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) for an Industry Hub facility. This is a national single-stage two-envelope procurement for works comprising grey structure foundation works, PEB steel frame assembly, interior finishing, electrical installation, plumbing systems, and a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system. The project encompasses mobilization and site establishment, temporary utilities, quality assurance testing, debris clearance, comprehensive supervision and coordination, defects liability and maintenance obligations, and full site documentation. The scope includes structural works, mechanical and electrical systems integration, and finishing trades across the complete facility in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
