Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the procurement, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, specifically chemistry analyzers (Package No. 19, Lot-B), on DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research in Lahore, Punjab. This is a comprehensive procurement covering the complete supply chain from procurement through commissioning and ongoing maintenance support for the institute's diagnostic laboratory infrastructure. The tender is issued under reference HCP/NSICT&R/ME-260819-1/P19B dated 19th August 2026.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System operated by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) to participate. A bid security in the amount specified in Annex-I must be furnished in Pakistani Rupees, with a scanned copy uploaded alongside the technical bid. Bidders are required to quote all lots and all items within each lot; firms failing to quote the complete package will be disqualified. The procurement will be evaluated on the basis of the whole package including all items across all lots.
Completed bids comprising both technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 15:00 HRS PST on 5th October 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 15:30 HRS PST at the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore, in the presence of attending bidder representatives. The procurement shall be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Act 2009.
