Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of haematology analyzers (Package No. 19, Lot-A) on DAP basis for the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research, Lahore. This is a comprehensive procurement covering equipment supply with full installation and commissioning services, plus ongoing maintenance support. The tender is issued under reference HCP/NSICT&R/ME-260820-1/P19A dated 20th August 2026. All interested bidders must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to participate. Bids will be evaluated on the basis of the whole package including all items of all lots, with evaluation governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Prospective bidders must furnish a bid security in the amount stipulated in Annex-I of the bidding document, with a scanned copy to be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System alongside the technical bid. The tender employs a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure, with technical and financial proposals to be submitted separately. All lots and all items within lots must be quoted by participating firms; any bidder failing to quote all items will be disqualified from consideration.
Bid documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System at ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk for registered bidders. Completed bids must be submitted on the Punjab E-Procurement System by 14:30 HRS PST on 5th October 2026. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 HRS PST in the Committee Room, Ground Floor, IDAP, 50-B3 Gulberg III, Lahore. In case of a government holiday on the bid opening date, proceedings will be rescheduled to the next working day at the same time.
