Description / Scope of Work
The Government of the Punjab Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of training material for the DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) course in the DDM (Dress Designing and Making) trade, to be supplied to the Government College of Technology for Women located on Lytton Road in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement will be conducted using a single stage one envelope procedure through the EPADS electronic procurement platform. Bids must be submitted electronically by 09:00 a.m. on 07 October 2026. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical and commercial specifications outlined in the bidding document.
Bidders must be registered with the National Tax Board (NTN) and Sales Tax authorities, and must provide a completed brief introduction of their organization containing details of authorized representatives, contact information, CDR number, and bank account details. Bid security in the prescribed format is mandatory and must be submitted with the bid. Bidders who are blacklisted by TEVTA or the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) are explicitly ineligible. All bids should clearly demonstrate technical competence and ability to deliver quality training material within specified timelines.
