Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) invites sealed bids for procurement of stationery, general items and toners through a framework contract valid until 30th June 2027. This is a large-scale supplies procurement conducted under single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. The framework contract will provide ongoing supply of office consumables to PRA offices located in Lahore, Punjab over a three-year period. Interested bidders must be registered with the General Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments to participate.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess the required business registration and tax compliance certificates. Bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted price for Lot-I (Stationery) at Rs. 288,822 and 2 percent for Lot-II (General Items) at Rs. 580,804 and 2 percent for Lot-III (Toners) at Rs. 241,085 must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipts or Bank guarantee in favor of the Director (Administration), PRA. Five percent of the total contract value must be submitted as performance guarantee or bank guarantee at the time of award. All rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System at www.ep.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the e-Procurement System on or before 08-10-2026 by 2:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM on the portal. Manual bids will not be accepted.
