Description / Scope of Work
The Additional Inspector General of Police, Investigation Branch, Punjab invites electronic bids for framework contracts to supply miscellaneous goods and services during the financial year 2026-2027 ending 30 June 2027. Six lots are being procured through open competitive bidding under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The procurement includes purchase of miscellaneous items valued at 10 million rupees, sports items at 1.1 million, beds and boxes at 0.44 million, tents and tarpaulin at 0.55 million, vehicle spare parts, tyres, batteries and lubricants at 20 million, and building materials at 45 million rupees. The total estimated procurement value across all lots is 77.09 million rupees. Work will be performed in Lahore at Investigation Complex near old Anarkali.
Bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms with previous relevant experience, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bid security at two percent of estimated cost is required for each lot, payable as CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order in the name of Additional Inspector General of Police, Investigation Branch, Punjab. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in hard copy before the electronic bid deadline. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and remain valid through 30 June 2027.

Electronic bids must be submitted by 06 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM under PPRA Rule 31.
