Description / Scope of Work
The Govt. Institute for Slow Learners Pakpattan invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement system for the procurement of uniform items for special students of both boys and girls for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 2,000,000, covering winter and summer season uniforms. The institute is located near Shell Petrol Pump on Sahiwal Road in Pakpattan, Punjab. This is a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure requiring interested suppliers to submit their technical and financial bids electronically via the official e-Procurement portal.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and should not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA Punjab. All participating bidders are required to deposit bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost through online banking via 1Link or online bank transfer against the generated PSID. Successful bidders will need to provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 10 percent of the contract amount at the time of award. Tender forms must be submitted without any overwriting or cutting and must be signed by the bidder, with incomplete or improperly signed forms being rejected outright.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement system immediately after publication of this notice. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 10:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 10:30 AM at the office of the Headmistress. Quoted rates must be consolidated figures inclusive of all applicable taxes with no separate tax breakdown.
