Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) invites National Competitive Bids for the procurement of cloth for uniform under a framework contract arrangement. The procurement follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with bids to be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP). This is a recurring framework contract for supply of uniform cloth to support PERA's operational requirements across Punjab province.
