Description / Scope of Work
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab, Buildings Division Sheikhupura invites sealed bids for the construction of a Gynae OPD Block at the Mother and Child Hospital in Sheikhupura District, Punjab. This project is being tendered through the e-Procurement (Punjab e-Procurement System) platform with a DNIT cost of Rs 179.283 million and an estimated contract period of 12 months. The work involves construction activities at a healthcare facility site in Sheikhupura and is open to eligible contractors and firms registered with the Punjab Engineering Council (PEC) in the current financial year.
Eligible bidders must hold a valid PEC License Category C4 or above, or possess one of the required specialized codes: CE09, CE10, or EE04. Contractors without the relevant specialized code will not be considered for further processing. The bid security (earnest money) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the amount of Rs 8.965 million (5 percent of DNIT cost). Conditional tenders and bids not accompanied by earnest money shall be rejected.
