Description / Scope of Work
The National Parks Wildlife Division D.I. Khan invites electronic tenders under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with KPPRA Rules for the Implementation of Management Plan of Sheikh Buddin National Park. The procurement comprises three distinct work packages valued at approximately Rs. 98.87 million in total, covering construction of an information centre with associated amenities, boundary wall and check dams with landscaping, and animal enclosures. These works are intended to enhance visitor facilities, park infrastructure, and wildlife habitat management at the national park located in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The project scope includes construction of information centre, souvenir and tuck shop, watcher huts, check posts, watch towers and dry pit latrines estimated at Rs. 45.632 million; construction of boundary wall, check dams, trails and tracks with soft and hard landscaping estimated at Rs. 38.70 million; and construction of animal enclosures estimated at Rs. 14.54 million.
Prospective bidders must be well-reputed firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council, Federal Board of Revenue, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. All packages require PEC Category C-5 and Above certification. Bidders must furnish Call Deposit Receipt as bid security in amounts specified for each package: Rs. 912,640 for Package 1, Rs. 774,000 for Package 2, and Rs. 290,800 for Package 3. Security must be issued by scheduled banks in Pakistan in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, National Parks Wildlife Division D.I. Khan. Bidders must possess valid PEC License, CNIC, and registration status with non-blacklisting and tax clearance certificates.
Bid documents may be downloaded from the official ePADS website at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/ following NIT publication. The last date and time for electronic tender submission is 15 October 2026 at 12:00 PM through ePADS portal. Bid opening shall occur on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the undersigned. Interested firms must register on the ePADS portal and submit neat, complete bid solicitation documents including tender form, BOQs, registration certificates, and PEC licenses. All bidders must comply with Market Rate System MRS-2025 and KPPRA Notification requirements. Tender processing shall follow Above/Below/At Par System on BOQ.
