Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for comprehensive repair and maintenance services of Dispensing Unit (DU) equipment at Sultan Fuel Station in D.I. Khan Division, Sindh province. The scope encompasses eleven distinct service items including supply and installation of distribution boards, glass door repairs, power equipment, LCD display repairs, power supplies, metering systems, motherboards, pumping assembly repairs, motor repairs, miscellaneous equipment maintenance, and dispensing unit graphics installation. All services, tools, materials, loading, unloading and transportation charges are included in the quoted rates. Work location is PSO House, and services must meet specifications of preset boards EP-1634-D01, power sequence EP-1636-A, display board EP-1631, and power supply ZE 1709 among others. Government taxes including sales tax are inclusive in all quoted rates.
Contractors must provide adequate and fully functional personal protective equipment (PPE) to all workers and ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) standards laid down by PSO. Bidders must engage certified and licensed electricians for electrical works where applicable. Third-party certified equipment including scaffolding, safety harness, crane, lifter and welding plant must be used with properly licensed operators. The contractor assumes full responsibility for any accidents or property damage during execution and must provide a one-year warranty on all installed parts with complaint rectification at no cost to PSO. All supply must comprise only genuine brand-new parts acceptable to the engineer in-charge.
Quotations must be submitted by 06 October 2026. All items and jobs are subject to inspection and acceptance by the designated engineer or building manager. A penalty of 0.1 percent of the total purchase order value per day will be charged for late delivery, capped at a maximum of 10 percent of total order value.
