MEPCO invites bids for the disposal of scrap empty transformer bodies under Tender No.127/2026-27. The contract is to be executed from the Office of Director Procurement Distribution at MEPCO headquarters in Multan city, Punjab province. This is a disposal tender on lot basis for scrap material removal and clearance. The bid validity period is 120 days from the opening date, and the successful contractor must lift allocated scrap materials within 21 working days of receiving the release order from MEPCO. Bidders must provide affidavits confirming no blacklisting or debarment by any Pakistani organization.
Eligibility requires registration with NADRA (CNIC/NICOP), FBR (NTN), or FBR (GSTN). Any bidder type is eligible to participate. Bid security must be deposited as per the tender advertisement and Order from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. The contract shall be awarded to the bidder meeting mandatory eligibility criteria and offering the highest per-unit rate without taxes.
