Description / Scope of Work
The Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids for the leasing of multiple sites for fuel stations, EV charging points, and allied facilities across various divisions in Pakistan. This procurement opportunity follows a single-stage envelope procedure for a lease period of 21 years, which is renewable and extendable. The sites are located in key areas including Charsadda, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Haripur, Havelian, Mandi Bahauddin, Malikwal, Chak Jhumra, Muzaffargarh, and Bahawalnagar. Eligible bidders include Oil Marketing Companies, their authorized dealers, or individuals in collaboration with them. Successful bidders will be subject to a 10 percent annual compound rental increase and must provide a one-time non-refundable commitment fee. Bidding documents can be obtained for a processing fee of 20,000 Rupees. Bids must be submitted to the REDAMCO Head Office in Islamabad by 2:00 PM on 11 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:30 PM.
