Description / Scope of Work
Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites electronic bids on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis for seven civil works contracts under tender references 13/2026-27 through 19/2026-27. The projects comprise repair and renovation of office facilities, equipment foundation protection, bungalow maintenance, boundary wall reconstruction, and road rehabilitation across multiple 132 KV grid stations in Punjab including Khanewal, Sahiwal, Kot Addu, Bahawal Nagar, and Muzaffar Garh. Total project values range from Rs 521,987 to Rs 3,752,996, with bid securities ranging from Rs 15,660 to Rs 112,590. Completion periods vary from 30 to 60 days depending on project scope.
Eligibility is restricted to firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad under category CE-10 with valid certificates, active registration with Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and current Income Tax registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bid security must be submitted in original form as Deposit-at-Call, Bank Draft, or Pay Order issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of the Executive Engineer (Civil) MEPCO Multan, with copy attached to the electronic bid. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
Bidding documents are available for registered bidders on ePADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by 12:00 hours on 12 October 2026, with public opening at 12:30 hours the same day in the office of the Executive Engineer (Civil) at MEPCO Headquarters, Khanewal Road, Multan.
