Description / Scope of Work
The office of GE (AIR) SHAHBAZ invites sealed tenders for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base under PPRA Rule 13(1) of 2004. Eight separate contracts are being offered with estimated values ranging from Rs 1.284 million to Rs 4.000 million, covering various facility provision works at the air force installation in Sindh Province. The scope includes provision of certain facilities across multiple packages, designated (a) through (h), with contract values and nature of work specified in the detailed tender notice. These are specialized military engineering service contracts requiring experience in defence infrastructure and facility management.
Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in categories A, B, C or D and must have verifiable experience in similar type works. All bidders must certify that they are not involved in litigation with Government Department and that no special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them. Contractors must be born on approved MES list in relevant categories. Bid security and other financial terms shall be as per PPRA rules. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender.
Applications must be submitted with complete credentials as shown in Serial 9 of the notice. Tender documents will only be issued to scrutinized contractors with sufficient relevant field experience and capacity to satisfy special conditions. Sealed tenders must be received by the accepting officer by 1130 hours on 14 October 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date. Contractors must provide evidence of PEC registration and compliance with all stated conditions.
