Pak-Austria Fachhochschule: Institute of Applied Sciences & Technology (PAF-IAST), Haripur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed bids for the procurement of computing and robotics equipment under the BRIDGE Project. The tender is for three separate lots of equipment and will be executed through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) electronic procurement platform. This procurement is aimed at strengthening the institute's technical infrastructure and capacity in computing and robotics disciplines. Bidders must be registered and duly recognized in Pakistan with FBR registration, holding either Manufacturer's status or Distributor/Dealer status with specific authorization from the manufacturer or principal for this tender. Bidders must demonstrate sufficient financial, technical and human resources to complete the assignment within the prescribed timeframe upon contract finalization with PAF-IAST.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS on or before Tuesday, 13 October 2026 at 11:00 AM; manual submissions will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and participating bidders. The Earnest Money CDR and tender fee should be submitted to the Procurement Office, Pak Austria Fachhochschule, Khanpur road, Mang Haripur, before the submission deadline.
